What Should You Do To Avoid Acne?
Edit
Keep your face clean. Whether you have acne, it is important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from the surface of your skin. Wash more than twice a day is not necessarily better; it can do more harm than good. Use warm, not hot, water and a mild facial cleanser.
Moisturize. Many acne products contain ingredients that dry out the skin, so always use minimizes a moisturizer to dry and scaly skin.
Keep your hands off your face. Avoid touching your face or strut your cheeks or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate already inflamed facial skin. pick or pop pimples with your fingers, because it can lead to infection and scarring never.
Stay out of the sun. Ultraviolet rays from the sun can lead to increase inflammation and redness, and can cause post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Some acne medications can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight. Limit your time in the sun, especially between the hours of 10:00 and 02:00, and wear protective clothing such as long-sleeved shirt, pants and a wide-brimmed hat. Whether your pimples or not, always apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher for at least 20 minutes before exposure to the sun.
Feed your skin. Most experts agree that certain foods like chocolate, do not cause pimples. Still, it makes sense to avoid fatty foods and junk food and add more fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains to your diet. Dairy products and foods high in processed sugar can cause acne.
